T Y · 0 F NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19t~ day of December, 2002, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1204, Securlock Self Storage, zoning change request from LI and C (Light Industrial and Commercial) to LI/C-S-1204 (Light Industrial/Commercial, Special Use Permit-1204), to allow the construction of a 49,380 square-foot mini-warehouse use, with a 1,900 square-foot caretakers quarters and office, and 5,520-square feet of office/warehouse, on 3.751 acres of property located at the northeast comer of S.H. 121 and Northpoint Drive, at the request of Andrew Smith, Houghton Capital Corp. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion conceming this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
