Dear Mr. Smith:
On April 22, 2003, the Coppell City Council approved a zoning change from LI
and C to LI/C-S-1204, to allow the construction of a 49,380 square-foot mini-
warehouse use, with a 1,900 square-foot caretakers quarters and office, and 5,520-
square feet of office/warehouse on 3.751 acres of property located at the northeast
comer of S.H. 121 and Northpoint Drive.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-350, which was approved
by Council and signed by the Mayor on May 13, 2003.
