Dear Ms. Diamond:
Thank you for meeting with us regarding the proposed development of a small business
park and storage center around the comer of 121 and Northpoint Drive. We appreciate
the candid feedback and direction regarding the following:
overall vision of the "corridor" or entrance to Coppell
· general negative perceptions and concerns around self storage
· CoppelI's standards for projects of this nature
· aesthetics and landscaping
· street access
We believe our proposal provides a compelling, high-quality solution to a difficult piece
of land to develop. This solution utilizes the most challenging piece of the property (the
rear) for a productive use while preserving the frontage for uses consistent with Coppell's
city plan. Where feasible, we are willing and excited to take your direction and try to
implement the suggestions you have provided into our final product. The result will be
an attractive project that represents an increase in standards from existing developments
as well as perhaps the genesis of future development and growth on 121.
Our goal is to continue to work with staff and become a partner in the community that
Coppell can be proud off As we move forward, we welcome your continued feedback
and direction.
Warmest Regards,
Andrew Smith
