Attached are revised site plans and elevations for the Freeport North Addition,
Lot 2, Block 3. The Planning Department has administratively approved these
revisions, which include the relocation of the driveway; adjustment to the ratio of
office to warehouse to manufacturing; and a revised canopy design. The minor
amending plat will be filed with Dallas County in the near future.
