Dear Andrea:
Due to the increased vacancies in the market and the weak economic conditions, we are
requesting a one (1) year extension on the Detail Site Plan for the Village at Town Center
Project, located in the Town Centre Addition, Lot 2, Block 3.
As previously approved at the City Council hearing on September 18, 2001, the owner
has increased the width of the landscape islands to comply with on-site landscaping.
The owner will continue to market this Property, and as economic conditions improve,
we believe our efforts will attract quality Tenants that bring desirable retail and restaurant
options to the community.
