RE: Coppell Commerce Center~ Lot IRt Block 3~ Replat
Dear Madam/Gentleman:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Commerce Center, Lot IR, Block 3, Replat. to allow the
construction of an approximate 106,000 square-foot office/warehouse building on approximately 7.3 acres
of properly located at the southeast comer of Bums and Freeport Parkway, was recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 17, 2003, subject to the following
conditions:
1 ) Correction of the name of the plat in the Owner's Signature Block.
2)
Correction of the format and the name of the plat in the City Secretary's Signature
Block.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at 7 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed
staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as instructed
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and submit to the
Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the Replat on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda¥~ April 30~h.
Also, please submit one (I) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction, along with one jpeg, tifor similar electronic file.
