Box 29246 Dallas, TX 75229 RE: Coppell Commerce Centeh Lot IRt Block 3~ Site Plan To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Commerce Center, Lot IR, Block 3, Site plan~ to allow the construction of an approximate 106,000 square-foot office/warehouse building on approximately 7.3 acres of property located at the southeast comer of Bums and Freeport Parkway, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 15, 2003, subject to the following condition: 1) The Landscape Tabulation Table needs to be revised to reflect the quantity and location of trees as indicated on the Landscape Plan. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department three folded copies of the Landscape Plan on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ May 28th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of the revision, along with one jpeg, tif or similar electronic file.
