RE:
Angier Professional Building
Landscaping
Dear Ms. Diamond:
The attached small-scale landscape plan indicates landscaping at the extreme South boundary of what will
be the future Phase 2 building. This location is very remote from the Phase 1 Building we are now
completing and would be difficult to irrigate and maintain at this time
The irrigation water meter for Phase 2 will not be installed until Phase 2 is built. For the Owner to have this
landscape material installed and irrigated at this time would most likely mean much, if not all of it, being
damaged during the construction of Phase 2. With this in mind we respectfully request these landscape and
irrigation improvements be postponed until the Phase 2 building is constructed. The other option would be
to postpone the improvements for a period of one year or until the Phase 2 building is constructed,
whichever occurs first.
Should you have any questions please give me a call on my cell phone at 972.679.6126
Sincerely,
TRI-STAR CONSTRUCTION, INC.
