1. Additional utility and sidewalk easements may be
necessary.
3. Verify whether or not you can encroach into the
existing 15' TP&L easement along the west side of the
property.
4. Include a curve data table for the firelane easement.
Need to inlcude curve data for fire lane.

1. This is a replat, not a minor plat, the recommended
name of the replat is: Sandy Lake Plaza Medical
Building Addition, Lot 1R, Block 1, given that it is a replat
of the Sandy Lake Plaza Addition. Revise this addition
name in Title Block, City Secretary's Signature Block,
Owner's Certificate, etc.
2. Please provide staff with a copy of the Sandy Lake
Plaza Addition Lots 1-3, as recorded in Volume 86235,
Page 6432.
3. Verify the current owner of the property, the owner's
name may be changed if the prospective purchaser
closes on the property prior to the filing of the plat with
the County.
4. Correct the zoning on the property to the west, which
is SF-12 - not C.
5. Correct the zoning on the property to the east, the
Austin Place Addition (lots on Homewood Drive) are
zoned PD-130-SF-7, - not C
6. Remove the trees and the topo from the replat
7. Moore is a "Road" not a "Street"
8. Revise the city signature blocks as shown on the
attached.
9. The franchise utility signature block should be revised
as follows: Oncor Energy Delivery; TXU Gas; Comcast
and Verizon.
