Notice & Response(s)T H E - C I T Y · 0 F NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of May, 2003, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1195B, Voice Stream, zoning change request from TC (Town Center) to TC-S-1195B (Town Center, Special Use Permit-l195B), to allow the replacement of an existing 70-foot light pole with a 80-foot light pole and the placement of 3 flush-mounted telecommunication antennae on property located in Andrew Brown Park Central, at the request of John Hubbard. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion conceming this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
