1. Contractor will need to coordinate actual construction
with the City of Coppell Parks Department, to not
interfere with any scheduled sporting events to be held
at Andrew Brown Central Park. Park will not be shut
down during any portion of this construction process.
2. After the lights have been installed on the new pole
they will need to be inspected by the City of Coppell
Parks Operations Manager, to confirm that they work &
come on with the Parks Department computer system,
as well as to make sure the light pattern has not been
changed.
3. The existing light pole will need to be transported to
Wagon Wheel Park for storage, at the contractors
expense.
4. Any damage to Park Property will be repaired by the
contractor, at the contractors expense (ie. landscape,
irrigation, sidewalks, etc.)
5. Safety barricades will be required around all
construction areas. There is activity in the park every
evening.
