Notice of PH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commi.~ion of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, thc 20~ day of May, 1999, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. ZC-599. Carrollton-Farmers Branch I.S.D.. Riverchase Elementary School. zoning change request from TH-1 (Townhouse-1) to SF-7 (Single-Family-7), to allow the construction of an elementary school on 8.897 acres of property and the dedication of the Starleaf Street right-of-way located at the northeast corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Starleaf Street, at the request of Glenn Engineering. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other panics of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Deparunent, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
