I have received your application for Minor Amending Plat for The Reserve
Please make the following revisions:
· The name of this plat is "Minor Amending Plat of Lots 1,3,6,7,9,10 and 11 Block B
of the Reserve".
· Graphically indicate which lots are being "replatted"
· Add the following:
"This plat is an amending plat and has been amended in accordance with
Section 212.016(a) of the Texas Local Government Code".
Director of Planning
· Delete the City Secretary, Mayor and Planning Commission chairman's signature
blocks, and retain the Flood Plain Administrators signature block.
· Please add a note to the plat indicating the purpose of the Minor Amending
Plat;
"The purpose of this Amending plat is to revise the Finish Floor Elevations on
Lots 1,3,6,7,9,10 and 11 Block B".
· Update the Franchise Utility Signature Blocks.
· Need to have each individual owner of the replatted lots sign the plat, with their
signatures notarized, just as your firm did for Gibbs Station, Phase 2 Replat.
I highly recommend that you make these changes, and re-submit 2 copies for
review prior to obtaining any signatures.
