Please find attached the submittal packet for the above-referenced project. We will need
you to provide the following information in order to complete this packet:
1. Provide a check for $250.00 made payable to the City of Coppell for the application
fee.
2. Sign and date page two of the application.
3. Replace copies of the owner waiver letters with the originals.
Please call us when you have completed these items so that we can pick up the packet
and deliver it to the City of Coppell.
