Box 169 Belcher, LA 71004-0169 Address Labels Laser 5160® NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th day of July, 2003, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1208, Everybody Fits, Restaurant (food court), zoning change request from C (Commercial) to C-S-1208 (Commercial, Special Use Permit-1208), to allow the operation of an approximate 3,829 square-foot restaurant to be located on the second floor within the existing facility at 200 Fitness Court Drive, at the request of Brian Kennedy. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
