Sieb Director City of Coppell Planning Department 255 Parkway Blvd. P.O. Box 9478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Replat of Coppell Commerce Center, LotlR, Block 3 Dear Mr. Sieb: On behalf of the Owner, Hay and Jones, Inc., we are requesting a six (6) month extension for the filing of the Replat of the Coppell Commerce Center, Lot 1R, Block 3 as approved by City Council at the June 10, 2003 regular called session. We are requesting this extension prior to our December 10, 2003 filing deadline in order to avoid the approved plat being deemed null and void. We are requesting this extension due to the fact that construction plans have not been finalized for the proposed site development. It is possible that minor adjustments to the platted easements (i.e. firelane or water easements) may be necessary when finalizing the construction plans. We feel that an extension to the filing deadline would eliminate the possibility for any additional replatting to correct for any minor adjustments. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Should you have any questions or need additional information, please contact our office. cc: Mr. Randy Hay Hay and Jones, Inc. Mr. John Taylor - Azimuth Architecture
