Only resubmit Site Plan, (Sheet 600) and elevation/plan
view sheets (see attached) with the following revisions:
1. Site Plan - verify existing parking configuration under
the proposed covered parking. Per the approved site
plan, this area was proposed to contain 20 parking
spaces and 2-12 x 30 loading spaces. Add a note to
the plan with the number of parking spaces being
covered at this location.
2. Plan View Sheet - Per the approved Landscape Plan,
there were supposed to be one Red Oak Tree in each
parking island, and one Chinese Pistache in the center
island. The Plan View submitted indicates three trees
in the landscaped area between the rows of parking.
Please verify the location and types of existing trees in
this location, and verify that they will not be adversely
effected by the erection of this covered parking.
3. Materials - Please mount material samples to a
board, and provide color picture (if available) of this
product in a similar usage.
