972-88-1330 to discuss Oncor easement requirements.
1. Provide visibility easements at all public street
intersections. See page 78 of the City of Coppell's
Subdivision Ordinance (94-643).
2. Add a note on the plat stating "All on-street parking
spaces to be maintaned by the HOA."
3. Clearly show the ROW variance on Mobely Way.
4. Utilities will continue to be evaluated during
engineering review. Additional easements may be
required.

6. Add: "21 lots and 2 common areas" under OLD
COPPELL TOWNHOMES title block.

right corner of Final Plat Document.
