Land Surveyor title block is wrong-City of Coppell, not Carmllton, platting roles apply. 3. Explain how landscaping and screening wall along DeForest Road will be maintained. 4. Has contact been made with Estrada owner indicating realignment of Stonewick Lane? 5. Date on Plat should be revised to indicate a November rather than October month. 6. Further explanation needs to be given regarding the development of Lot 17. 7. Remove "City File No." and replace with Page and Vol. of Dallas Co. Deed of Records.
