Dear Mr. Sieb:
We would like to move the corporate headquarters for Houghton Capital to Coppell. As
such, we have noticed some un-utilized space on the site plan that would accommodate a
12x20 square foot conference room for the office.
We would request your thoughts on whether the following, or any other reasons would
qualify for an administrative update:
[] It will not violate the spirit of the SUP that was granted
[] It will he of the same materials, quality and construction
[] It will not impact the parking or landscape requirements
[] Relatively small size (240 sq. ft.)
Attached is an updated site plan and clouded elevations for your review. Also attached
is an existing landscape plan for reference. If preliminarily acceptable, we will complete
required documents, update plans accordingly and ensure compliance with existing code.
