SUBJECT: Revised Smart O'Neil Office Building

As you know, one of the conditions for approval of the above referenced site plan was the accurate location
of the Sandy Lake Road right of way. That condition has now been met and results in a modified site plan
for this office building. You will note changes to the configuration of the parking layout, a slightly
modified building shape, a reduction in the size of the building to 4200 square feet, the saving of additional
trees, and an alteration to the radii of the entrance driveway. Because these changes are all relatively
minor, I have exercised the provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and administratively
approved these changes. It is my understanding that the property owner on this project will dedicate 5 feet
of right of way behind the future curb, and an additional 7 foot utility/sidewalk easement on the north side
of Sandy Lake Road. Provided that happens, the revised plan attached to this memorandum is what I
anticipate being constructed on this site.
