To the City of Coppell sign permit department:
Choi Dynasty Plaza, LLC promises that all signs on the building of Dynasty Plaza will be
kept in the color of white. Choi Dynasty Plaza, LLC understands that a sign permit will
not be issued to any of the tenants unless the sign is in the color of white. It is understood
that Choi Dynasty Plaza, LLC must inform tenants of this permit situation. Choi Dynasty
Plaza, LLC will inform the tenants of Dynasty Plaza to make their signs in the color of
white.
