RE: Case No. PD-185R-LI~ Coppell Industrial Addition (Tradepoint}
Dear Mr. Jarrelh
This letter is to infonn you that Case No. PD-185R-LI, Coppell Industrial Addition (Tradepoint), zoning
change request on 98.84 acres of property from PD-185-L1 to PD-185R-L1 to attach a Detail Site Plan to
allow for an approximate 350,183 square-foot expansion to the existing 600,000 square-foot building on
Lot 1R and the development of an approximate 952,094 square-foot office/warehouse building on Lot 2
located 50' east of Royal Lane; north of Bethel Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on
Tuesday, December 9, 2003, with no conditions.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been
completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for your deposit
reimbursement of $150.
