NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 16th day of October, 2003, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-185R-LI, Coppell Industrial Addition (Tradepoint),
zoning change request on 98.84 acres of property from PD-185-LI to PD-185R-LI to attach a
Detail Site Plan to allow for an approximate 350,183 square-foot expansion to the existing
600,000 square-foot building on Lot 1R and the development of an approximate 952,094 square-
tbot office/warehouse building on Lot 2 located 50' east of Royal Lane; north of Bethel Road, at
the request of Hillwood Fund No. 1, LP. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen
of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by
letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
