This letter is to inform you that a Planning and Zoning Commission initiated Public Hearing
to amend Land Use Plan of the 1996 Comprehensive Master Plan from Light
Industrial/Showroom to Mixed Use, and Case No. ZC-615(CH), zoning change from LI
(Light Industrial) to HC (Highway Commercial) on approximately 35 acres of property
located east of MacArthur, south of Lake Vista Drive were approved by the Coppell City
Council on Tuesday, June 10, 2003.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When
this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to
you.
