This letter is to inform you that a Planning and Zoning Commission initiated Public Hearing to
consider approval of an amendment to the Land Use Plan of the 1996 Comprehensive Master Plan
from Light Industrial/Showroom to Mixed Use, and consider approval of Case No. ZC~615(CH),
zoning change from L1 (Light Industrial) to HC (Highway Commercial) on approximately 35 acres
of property located east of MacArthur, south of Lake Vista Drive were recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 15, 2003.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at 7
p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.
