Re-zoning
Dear Marcie,
Thank you for taking time to meet with the Peninsulas homeowners last
night. The City's assurances of quality standards, regardless of the
outcome of Case No. ZC-615 (CH), brings us some measure of relief.
After meeting with Dan Anderson of Centex Development Company, we have
some questions about options raised for use of this property. Would
residential zoning of this property fit within the City's Plans? If
not, can you clarify for us why this is not a good choice? Please
adivse. Centex Development has offered to show rendered plans for
residential use of this property which will require delaying the
decision-making process for Case No. ZC-615 (CH),
We want to develop an informed viewpoint from the homeowners that
neighbor this property. This understanding should help to satisfy
concerns and promote a positive exchange.
