Dear Marcie,
The notified residents of Magnolia Park are in FAVOR of pmparties located with Case No.: ZC-
613(CH) designated as Light Industrial to be rezoned to Highway Commercial and NOT IN FAVOR of
the property zoned Retail to be rezoned Highway Commercial. Attached are copies of the petitions,
which demonstrate that 100% of the notified residents are in support of this position.
We are completely against rezoning the FRWM,Inc pmparty currently zoned Retail. The property
owners in our community made buying decisions based on this land being Retail There will be a
tremendous negative impact to our property value, which you can understand creates an unfair
financial impact for each resident.
We appreciate the Planning and Economic Development department's supj~ort in our position as
residents of The City of Coppell. We look forward the Public headng on May 15'" where the residents of
Magnolia Park will be attending to express our views, tn the meantime, if you have any questions or
