This letter is to inform you that on April 17th, the Planning and Zoning Commission opened and continued
the Public Hearing regarding an amendment to the Land Use Plan of the 1996 Comprehensive Master Plan
from Regional Retail and Light Industrial/Showroom to Freeway Commercial, and consideration of Case
No. ZC-611(CH), zoning change from LI (Light Industrial) to HC (Highway Commercial) on
approximately 95 acres of property located east of S.H 121 north and south of Sandy Lake Road, to its
meeting on May 15, 2003, starting at 6:30 p.m..
If the Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of this zoning change, this case will be
considered by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June I0, 2003, at 7 p.m., in Council Chambers at City
Hall.
