Thank you for your response on the called public hearing on your property on S.H.
121 and Sandy Lake Road, ZC-611(CH). I received a response from Mr. Autwell,
who is "undecided" at this time. I have also just spoke with a representative from
Emerson Partners, they will be opposing the rezoning to preserve the option for big-
box industrial development. I will let you know what P&Z.'s recommendation is.
Per your request, I checked on the status of Sandy Lake Road improvements with
the Engineering Department. These plans are currently in a preliminary, schematic
stage at this time. The final design is scheduled for completion in September of this
year. Construction is scheduled for mid 2004. PRELIMINARY indications, at this
time, is that additional right-of-way may not be required from your tract. However, the
precise answer will not be known until September.
