BOX 556 COPPELL, TX 75019-0556 COi P-ELE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th day of April, 2003, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. ZC-611 (CH) on property located east of S.H 121; north and south of Sandy Lake Road, a zoning change from LI (Light Industrial) to HC, for Highway Commercial uses, on approximately 95 acres of property. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district, which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development district. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
