All work taking place within TxDOT ROW must be approved and permitted by them, 2. All work must be coordinated with the construction of the mainlanes of S.H. 121. 3 Per the City's Subdivision Ordinance, drainage and utility easements are to be a minimum of 20' wide and open drainage is not allowed along the front and sides of any development other than residential. 4.
