Place the Flood Plain Administrator's signature block on plat. 5. Clearly identify the 99.66' and 86.86' dimensions at the north east comer of the property. 6. Detail Site Plan review will be required for each lot. Landscape Plan 1. The proposed 8" waterline is shown 10' from the southern property line? This is inconsistent with the site plan and plat.
