I reviewed this scenario with a general contractor and here are the numbers:
1. 6' brick wall costs approx. $115 per linear foot
2. 8' brick wall costs approx. $150 per linear foot
3. Cost difference = $35 per liner foot
4. Total linear feet of screen wall is 202 LF
5. Total cost difference between 6' and 8' screen wall is approx. $7,070.
I will talk to the landscape amhitect and come up with some ideas for the additional planting, etc. Please call
