Dear Matt:
Item #5 Ir'om the City of Coppell's January 14, 2004 review letter deals with the additional
landscaping Realty Capital Coppell #1, Ltd. (the property owner) has agreed to install with the
construction of the 8,200 square foot building located on [Jot 2. Please note that our landscape
architect has added the following items to the landscape plan along the north side of the property:
1. (14) 30 gallon Austrian Pines;
2. Increase the size the of the (5) live oaks located along the north property line from 3"
calipher to 100 gallon.
According to our landscape architect these changes and additions to the landscape plans should
add an additional $7,070 in cost to the landscape improvements. Plcasc feel free to contact me at
