Remaining Village Plaza lot will need to be replatted prior to developmenmt. Please contact Jeff Curry at 972-570-4126 to discuss easement requirements. It is my understanding that this property was previously platted and due to the sale of some of that property this replat is submitted to separate the property under various ownerships. I have no comments on the plat as submitted. I do have some concerns about future water, sewer, and drainage, etc. to the property once it is developed. It appears that based on the concept plan submitted for the Village Plaza there will be one major development that actually lies within two separate cities. At some point there is going to be a need for some discussion concerning utilities. No comments No comments. 1. "Pop out" area being replatted (heavier line weights, shading, etc.). 2. Place Vol. and Page No. at bottom of replat document. 3. Understanding the Concept Plan is just that, please dimension the area of the replat. 4. Please state on plat document your agreement that before this replat can be developed, further platting will be required to indicate such elements as lot lines, firelanes, r.o.w's, etc.; that this replat is for ownership and purchase requirements only.
