Remarks:
Gary Sieb, Director of Planning, approved the sign as requested, with Dr. Cahan's
commitment that the letters will be black instead of green, and the sign will not
exceed 41 square feet.
It must be noted however, as approved in PD-195, only 9 square feet of additional
signage will be available for this building.
