Final Plat
1. A drainage easement should be provided across Lot
2-X, Block A or the entire Lot 2-X, Block A should be
noted as a drainage easement.
Locate the fire hydrant that is shown at the corner of
Hood Drive and Hood Drive approximately 80' west to
the corner of the cul-de-sac. It did not appear that
relocating that hydrant would adversely affect the hydrant
spacing.

Westmont. If you want to use the Falls name, put it
below Brighton Manor in non-bold letters in
parentheses.
2. Dates on signature blocks need to be changed to
2004.
