P&Z 10/16 denial ltr.cOPPEEL October 17, 2003 Mr. Albert Jerrell Hillwood Funds No. 1 LP Three Lincoln Centre 5430 LBJ Freeway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75240 RE: Coppell Industrial Addition {Tradepoint)~ Lots IR and 2~ Block A~ Replat and Final Plat Dear Mr. Jerrell: This letter is to inform you that on October 16, 2003, the Coppell Planning Commission denied the Coppell Industrial Addition (Tradepoint), Lots 1R and 2, Block A, Replat and Final Plat, being a replat of Lot 1, Block A, and a Final Plat of Lot 2, Block A, on 98.84 acres of property to allow for an approximate 350,183 square-foot expansion to the existing 600,000 square-foot building on Lot IR and the development of an approximate 952,094 square-foot office/warehouse building on Lot 2 located 50' east of Royal Lane; north of Bethel Road. This request can be brought back for consideration at the Commission's November 20, 2003, meeting. We suggest that you incorporate into your submission staffs recommendations as listed on the Staff Report. Two sets of revised plats need to be submitted to the Planning Department on/or before 12 noon, Wednesday, October 29th, for staff review.
