With this extension, this Site Plan will now expire on December 10, 2005. Council also requested that this property be maintained in good condition until such time as it is developed. MacArthur. The Site Plan was previously approved at the City Council hearing on December 11, 2002, and by the Board of Adjustment on August 7, 2003. The approved Site Plan is attached. The owner anticipates completing the Center in the near future and bringing in quality Tenants to benefit the community. Please notify me of the City Council hearing date so I may attend.
