Dear Ms. Self:
This letter is to inform you that your request for a 60-day extension to the expiration
date of the Hidden Valley Final Plat, to allow a 16-lot single-family subdivision on
7.3 acres of property zoned PD-106-SF-9, located along the southerly extension of
Hidden Valley Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
August 10, 2004.
With this extension, the deadline for submission of the Final Plat for signatures by
City Officials will be November 9, 2004, or it becomes null and void.
