Signage
1. The raceway shall be the same color as the brick
surface to which it is mounted if used.
2. The sign shall be white or off-white. No yellow will
be allowed.
Parking
1. One space per 100 square feet of floor area is the
minimum requirement for a restaurant use. The
proposed space is 1500 square feet. This use requires
15 parking spaces.
2. The total building square footage is 8000 square
feet; therefore, the remainder of the building would
need to be developed as retail at one space to 200
square feet to meet the parking requirements as
required by previous planned development approval.
