Property Trust Partnership Dear Sir/Madam: Last evening the Public Hearing on Case No. ZC-590, Property Trust Partnership, zoning change from SF-12 (Single Family-12) to TC (Town Center) on a one (1) acre parcel located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 379 feet east of Denton Tap Road, was held open by the Coppell City Council, to be continued to July 9, 1996. In making the motion, Council stated that a Site Plan of the overall development proposal, including this zoning change property, would be helpful in deliberating the merits of the request. Also, for your information, Councilman Watson indicated that he will be on vacation in July and would like it known that he would like to see as many trees preserved as possible on this site and that the Hike and Bike Trail stay intact.
