Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the West Sandy Lake Road Addition. Lot 1, Block 1 (Ferguson),
Site Plan, to allow the construction of an approximate 604,800-square-foot office/warehouse on
31.6 acres of property located along the north side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 1,300 feet
east of SH 121, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 8, 2004, subject to the
Ibllowing conditions:
1) TxDOT approval for the access to S.H. 121.
2)
The revised Landscape Plan and Tree Preservation Retribution Plan being
submitled to the Planning Department within six months, prior to the
issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a period of two years from the date of approval by
City Council (December 8.2006).
