RE: Case No. ZC-590, Property Trust Partnership
Dear Sir/Madam:
In my letter of July 10, 1996, a portion of condition//6 regarding the ratio of replacing a dead
or dying tree with a new one contains a basic error. Although the ratio is correct in that dead
or dying trees will be replaced at a one to three ratio, the example used to illustrate that point
is wrong. What should have been expressed as an example of applying the ratio is: if a 21'
caliper tree dies, it needs to be replaced on-site or in the general vicinity by one (1) 7" tree, two
(2) 3 1/2" trees, etc.
I apologize for this error in my earlier letter and trust it does not cause undue concern on your
part. I also thank you for bringing this error to my attention.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (214) 304-3675.
