LEGEND
The purpose of this PD amendment is:
-Realignment of Defc~est Road and St James Place to. reflect asbuilt conditions
-Revised lot sizes (Lot 1,2,14,16, and 17 Block A)
-Revised size of common areas (Lots lx and 19x)
-Rename Lot 15 to 15x, Block A
-Revise the lO0-year Flood Plain line, per FEMA October 1, 2003
-Revise the Landscape Plan fcc the Common Arees
-Combine Lots 4 an 5, Block B into Lot 4R which shell be developed in accordance
with the detailed site plan attached as exhibit 1
All lots designated es "x" lots (Ix, 15x, 18x, and 19x, Block A) are common
and shall be m~intained by the Windsor Estates Homeowners Association
The fence setback shall be the same as building setback for lots 1,3, and 4 Block
