Dear Mr. Bogard:
O: December 9, 2003, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved a zoning
change from LI-S-1198R (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit-1198 Revised) to
LI-S-1198R2 (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit-1198 Revision 2), to amend the
Site Plan to allow for additional attached signage for an existing 75,000 square-
foot mini-warehouse facility on 4.83 acres of property located at 1751 E. Belt Line
Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-366, which was approved
by Council and signed by the Mayor on January 13, 2004.
