Dear Mr. Bogard:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-__1198_R2, Assured Self Storage_, zoning change request from LI-
S-1198R (Light Industrial-Special Use Permit-1198 Revised) to ~i--S-1198R2 (Light Industrial-Special Use
Permit-1198 Revision 2), to amend the Site Plan to allow for additional attached signage for an ex~stmg
75,000 square-foot mini-warehouse facility on 4.83 acres of property located at 1751 E. Belt Line Road,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November
20, 2003, subject to the following condition:
1 ) The sign on the west side of the office building shall not exceed 28.5 square feet.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 9, 2003, at 7
p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council
Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item ma>' result in the denial of this application. City
Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect
conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the
Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the sign copy for each building facade on or before 10 a.m,
Wednesda¥~ November 26t,h_. Also, please submit one (1) 8 ~/2 x l 1 paper reduction, along with one
jpeg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
