1. PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 12-29 OF THE
COPPELL ZONING ORDINANCE AND COMPLY WITH
REGULATIONS!
2. Need effective area of all proposed signage (Section
12-29-1).
3, Need dimensions of all proposed signage (height,
width, length, etc.).
4. Indicate all raceway colors (need to be same color
as material mounted on).
5. Indicate color of all signs (must be white, ivory, black
or neutral color). Please bring color samples to
meeting.
6. Provide overall site plan and CLEARLY indicate on
which buildings these signs are proposed to be
located.
7. Wall signage can not exceed 75% of wall width,
therefore wall signage can not exceed 48.75 square
feet.
8. You are allowed ONE sign per elevation.
9, Clearly indicate which signs are attached, which
ones use raceways.
10. Dimension projection of signage from face of
builidng.
