1)
The site shall be developed in accordance with the revised site plan, elevations and
canopy details.
2)
The hours of operation tbr this pharmacy shall not exceed:
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - Monday through Friday,
9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and
l0 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been
completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy' will be sent to you.
,As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now' be returned to the Planning Department tbr your deposit
rcimburscment of $150.
